"account": "Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has vowed to intensify attacks on Russia's oil refineries in response to Moscow's new strategy of targeting major Ukrainian cities with heavy air strikes. Recently, Russian forces have struck two significant bridges connecting Kyiv's eastern and western banks, causing traffic disruptions. Ukrainian officials accuse Russia of escalating attacks on civilian infrastructure to force residents out of urban areas before winter. Zelenskyy's remarks come after Ukrainian intelligence revealed Russian President Vladimir Putin's intention to attack infrastructure, logistics, roads, schools, and hospitals as part of a new doctrine. While Ukraine will retaliate against Russia's oil refineries, it will avoid targeting civilian objects. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that the Northern Bridge was hit by Russian forces, resulting in two injuries and damage to the bridge's surface and trolleybus wires. Traffic over the bridge from the left bank to the right bank is currently blocked.",
