"account": "A 40-year-old Turkish man, wanted by Turkish authorities, has been arrested in Isipingo, south of Durban. The arrest was made by the Interpol South Africa Fugitive Investigation Team, working with the Isipingo Police Station and private security. The suspect is accused in Turkey of various crimes, including rape, sexual assault, kidnapping, and assault with intent to cause serious harm. He appeared before Umlazi Magistrate’s Court, where Turkish officials are seeking his extradition. According to South African Police Service spokesperson Amanda van Wyk, the suspect allegedly kidnapped his fiancée in 2010 and sexually assaulted her over several days. He also allegedly head-butted her, causing permanent physical and psychological damage. The victim was 22 years old at the time. The fugitive had fled Turkey and was later found in Isipingo, KwaZulu-Natal. This is the second Turkish fugitive arrested by Interpol South Africa; another was apprehended in Cape Town last month for similar charges.",
