"summary": "Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has launched a scathing criticism of the Mahama administration, calling it a \"scam\" for failing to deliver on several campaign promises. The NPP leader highlighted issues such as the non-increase of cocoa prices to 6,500 cedis, the failure to automatically post teachers and nurses, and the cancellation of teacher licensure examinations. Bawumia also questioned the need for 24-hour markets, accusing the government of prioritizing them over hospitals. He further criticized the government for abandoning the Agenda 111 hospital programme, allowing the Free Senior High School (SHS) programme to deteriorate, and failing to reduce electricity tariffs despite promises made under the 24-hour economy.",
