"summary": "Three days after the murder of retired IAS official Rakesh Agrawal, police in Bhopal are still unable to locate his caretaker, Varun Kumar, who is suspected to be involved in the crime. Despite examining over 500 CCTV cameras and deploying 15 police teams across four states, including Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and Punjab, investigators have not been able to trace Varun's whereabouts. The investigation has led them to Beena and Agra, where Varun allegedly met an acquaintance before disappearing. Police have recovered a stolen mobile phone belonging to Agrawal, which was sold to an acquaintance in Agra, but Varun's current location remains unknown. Investigators suspect that Varun may be using a new mobile phone and SIM card or may have stopped using a phone altogether to avoid being tracked.",
