"account": "Florida State softball kicked off its fall season with a commanding 19-5 scrimmage victory over Chipola College on October 2nd at the Seminole Softball Complex's JoAnne Graf Field. The game extended to 10 innings due to a prior arrangement for additional practice time during extra innings. This scrimmage served as an opportunity to showcase the new Seminoles roster, which emerged after a record-breaking 52-10 season where they claimed both the Atlantic Coast Conference regular-season and tournament titles before losing in the Tallahassee Regional. Key transfers, shortstop Isa Torres and infielder Jaysoni Beachum, were bolstered by incoming freshmen in the infield.\n\nChipola took an early lead in the second inning with a run scored by freshman Jazmine Garcia. In response, FSU's Makenna Sturgis hit a center field single, tying the score. Callee Leffler then drove in a second run, and McLaine Hudson added an RBI double, pushing FSU ahead 4-1 after two innings. Following a brief weather delay, the game resumed in the third inning. Fan Corey Neil expressed his enthusiasm for returning to the park, praising the facilities as \"second to none\" and the experience of watching FSU softball as \"one of the premier programs in the country.\"",
