"account": "MOSCOW: The Russian foreign ministry has declared its intention to continue targeted retaliatory strikes on Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities, following recent escalations in the conflict. The statement comes in response to the Ukrainian Armed Forces' alleged terrorist acts against the civilian population and infrastructure. The Russian military has intensified strikes on infrastructure in the Ukrainian capital, including an air attack on a Dnipro river bridge. These actions have disrupted life for Kyiv's 3 million residents as the city prepares for the harsh winter months. President Vladimir Putin has asserted that Ukraine is suffering the consequences of its own attacks on Russia and will face further strikes. Both nations have increased their attacks on each other's grain shipments in the Black Sea, while Ukraine's oil refineries and Russian border regions have been targeted by Ukrainian drones. Despite denials from both sides, there are concerns over the civilian impact of these ongoing conflicts.",
