"summary": "Russia's Foreign Ministry has warned foreign diplomats and citizens in Kyiv of \"mortal danger\", citing plans for massive strikes across Ukraine and the capital. The warning comes as Kyiv has denied plans to evacuate Western embassies amid increased missile and drone attacks on the city's transport infrastructure.\n\nAccording to RTE News, Russia's Foreign Ministry had previously urged foreign nationals and diplomats to leave Kyiv and refrain from visiting Ukraine, but noted that not everyone has heeded these warnings. The ministry stated that it will continue to deliver \"massive retaliatory strikes\" and that responsibility for any potential negative consequences rests with those who ignore the warning.\n\nKyiv's mayor, Vitali Klitschko, reported that a Russian strike targeted the Northern Bridge in the city, causing traffic chaos. This attack followed a similar strike on the Southern Bridge, which city officials say is part of a wave of attacks that is \"tearing Kyiv apart\".",
