"account": "In Berlin, the threat landscape has intensified due to drones, attacks, and power outages. Chancellor Friedrich Merz cautioned on Thursday of growing danger from Russia and hybrid assaults. Martin Schelleis, who has been president of the Catholic aid organization Malteser Hilfsdienst since summer and has a 46-year military background, currently keeps an 80-liter backpack packed at home, always on alert as a civilian. Only one in four Germans is prepared for a disaster situation. Schelleis emphasizes that everyone should be ready for the \"fire brigade ringing at three in the night,\" having been responsible for Amtshilfeeinsätze of the Bundeswehr during the COVID-19 pandemic and the 2021 flood disaster.",
