"account": "Former Pengkalan Batu assemblyman Norhizam Hassan Baktee, widely known as “YB Hulk”, has expressed his readiness to contest in the upcoming Melaka election, according to Sinar Harian. Known for his bold stance, Norhizam, currently the deputy chief of Hang Tuah Jaya Bersatu, said he understood his name was included in the list of potential candidates for the Melaka polls, though the specific seat has yet to be determined. Despite offers from other parties, Norhizam remains open to contesting any seat, emphasizing that the key is getting his name on the list and being able to serve. Originally a member of DAP when elected to Pengkalan Batu in the 2018 state election, Norhizam left the party in 2020 to become an independent, supporting the Umno-led state government. His tenure as an independent was marked by a significant loss in the 2021 general election, where he lost the Pengkalan Batu seat to Kalsom Noordin by just 131 votes in a contested race. Norhizam's history includes controversial moments, such as a heated exchange in the state assembly where he referred to former colleague Low Chee Leong as “babi”, leading to an apology from then Chief Minister Adly Zahari.",
