"summary": "Former Member of Parliament for Subin, Mr Eugene Boakye Antwi, has expressed confidence in his chances of becoming the next General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) ahead of the 2028 General Elections. Speaking at the National Delegates Conference of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Kumasi, Mr Boakye Antwi emphasized the importance of change in the party's affairs and believes that he is a \"game changer\" ahead of the elections. He attributes the NPP's defeat in the 2024 elections to failure in leadership, communication, and organization, and argues that the party's history shows that national executives are typically changed after each presidential candidate's victory.",
