"account": "Nollywood actress Patience Ozokwor has expressed her deep sadness at missing the funeral of her late colleague and renowned actor, Olu Jacobs. The celebrated actor was laid to rest on October 2, with several colleagues and other personalities in attendance to pay their final respects. However, Ozokwor, who is currently in Ghana, was unable to attend due to contractual obligations. In a message shared on her Instagram account, the veteran actress expressed her heartbreak over not being able to be in Nigeria for the funeral and conveyed her deepest condolences to Jacobs’ family, friends, and colleagues. She wrote, “It hurts my heart that I am not physically present in Nigeria today to pay my last respects to the great legend, Olu Jacobs. I would give anything to be there right now, but contractual obligations will not allow me to. My heart and thoughts are with you all. Please know that I am with you all in spirit. Rest well, great legend. Your legacy will forever remain.” Other tributes poured in, with actor Chiwetalu Agu describing Jacobs as a giant of the Nigerian film industry, NDC Presidential aspirant Peter Obi hailing him as an embodiment of the Nigerian spirit, and actress Rita Dominic calling him an icon and a gift to the film industry.",
