"account": "Country singer Miranda Lambert has refuted claims that she physically assaulted Nickelback's lead singer, Chad Kroeger. This denial came during an appearance on The New York Times' Popcast, where she was asked by host Joe Coscarelli if she had indeed hit Kroeger in the face. Lambert's response was a resounding \"False.\" The origin of the rumor is said to stem from a 2014 Rolling Stone cover story by her ex-husband, Blake Shelton, who claimed that Lambert often retaliated against those who doubted her. However, Lambert clarified that what she did was not a punch in the face, but rather, she \"threw moonshine in his face,\" which left his hair \"ruined.\" She admitted that it was a significant amount of moonshine and a late night, but stressed that it wasn't meant to be a joke. Despite the ordeal, Lambert maintained that they were \"fine,\" and there was no lingering animosity. The incident even led to a bonding moment between Lambert and Kroeger's ex-wife, Avril Lavigne, who hosted Lambert at CMA Fest, highlighting a rare instance of female musicians finding common ground with Kroeger.",
