"summary": "Pakistan has protested to India over the killing of two Pakistani civilians by India's Border Security Force (BSF) in the Bedian sector along the international border. According to the Foreign Office, the BSF opened fire on unarmed Pakistani civilians, resulting in two deaths and one injury, in Kasur on Friday.\n\nThe Foreign Office was quoted by Dawn as saying that the use of force by BSF personnel was \"wholly unjustified and grossly disproportionate\", and that the incident constituted a serious violation of fundamental human rights, including the right to life. Pakistan has rejected any attempt to characterise the deceased as 'infiltrators'.\n\nPakistan has called on India to conduct an immediate, transparent, and credible investigation, take disciplinary and legal action against those responsible, and formally communicate the findings to the Pakistani government. The incident has raised concerns over civilian safety and basic rights, and Pakistan has urged India to respect fundamental human rights and international law.",
