"summary": "One Nation has launched its campaign for the Victorian state election, unveiling its policy platform. The party has vowed to abolish the state's treaty with Indigenous people and legalise the personal use of pepper spray.\n\nThe party also plans to scrap the proposed Suburban Rail Loop and payroll tax in regional Victoria. According to One Nation Victoria leader Warren Pickering, the party's policies aim to crack down on crime and cut major projects and government bodies.\n\nThe launch, attended by about 750 people at Melbourne's Crown Casino, featured a speech by One Nation's national leader Pauline Hanson, who criticised the incumbent Labor government's record on crime and Victoria's growing debt. Hanson also responded to comments made by Premier Ben Carroll, saying he should be scared of the government's actions.",
