"account": "Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned the Indian Chargé d’Affaires on Saturday to protest the killing of two Pakistani civilians by Indian Border Security Force personnel along the International Border, according to a statement released by the MoFA. The BSF forces allegedly used lethal force against unarmed civilians in the Bedian Sector, an act described by Pakistan as unprovoked and grossly disproportionate, leading to the tragic loss of two lives. Pakistan categorically rejects any effort to label the deceased as infiltrators, emphasizing that the incident represents a severe breach of human rights, particularly the right to life. The MoFA stressed the need for an immediate, transparent, and credible investigation by India, coupled with appropriate disciplinary and legal action against those responsible. Additionally, Pakistan urged India to respect fundamental human rights and international law, adhere strictly to bilateral agreements and border procedures, demonstrate maximum restraint in such situations, and implement effective measures to prevent future incidents.",
