"summary": "U.S. Representative Riley Moore has welcomed the reported arrest of Mahmoud Adam, a radical Islamic Fulani terrorist leader allegedly responsible for the killing of Christians in Nigeria. Moore, a Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives, credited the Nigerian government for the arrest, linking it to security cooperation between Nigeria and the United States. The lawmaker noted that the arrest is a sign of progress in the US-Nigeria Security Cooperation agreement and praised efforts by Congress and the Trump administration to defend Christians. Adam was reportedly arrested in early September in Plateau State, where he was described as a prominent Fulani community leader. However, the circumstances surrounding the arrest and the allegations against Adam remain subject to official clarification.",
