"account": "In Kangar, a motivational speaker is being held for two days to help police with an investigation into allegations of sexual harassment and grooming involving minors. The remand order was issued by senior assistant registrar Mohd Amiruldin Roslan at the Kangar Court Complex after the investigating officer applied for it. The suspect, identified as a married man, was taken to the court complex in the morning under a heavy police escort. Perlis police chief Deputy Commissioner Hamzah Hashim confirmed that a report was filed at 2.09am on September 26. The case is being looked into under Section 12 of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017, which can result in up to five years in prison and whipping if the suspect is found guilty. The allegations surfaced after several female victims posted on social media accusing the speaker of harassment and grooming. According to the claims, the suspect approached the victims on TikTok, pretending to be a co-worker or teacher, before allegedly telling them they could become his \"sugar baby\" and stay at hotels. In response to the allegations, Education Minister Datuk Seri Fadhlina Sidek ordered an immediate halt to all school programs involving the independent speaker to safeguard student safety and welfare.",
