"account": "In 2027, Pakistani students planning to commence undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama will have the chance to apply for the Academic Elite Scholarship. This scholarship, part of the Dr. Robert E. Witt University Fellows Program, offers full tuition coverage for four years, initial on-campus housing, and an annual financial grant. Within the cohort of eight selected students, seven scholars receive a $9,000 annual supplement, while one distinguished scholar can receive up to $19,000 per year in the final three years of their studies.\n\nTo be eligible for this prestigious scholarship, students must first be admitted to the Dr. Robert E. Witt University Fellows Program. Prospective applicants must maintain a minimum 3.5 high school GPA and achieve an ACT score of 32 or an SAT score of 1420. Those with lower scores may still apply after receiving an endorsement from a high school representative or a University of Alabama faculty member. Furthermore, students must be admitted to the University of Alabama Honors College, alongside completing the Witt University Fellows application.\n\nEnglish proficiency is another requirement, with the University of Alabama accepting tests such as IELTS (minimum score 6.0), PTE Academic (54), Duolingo English Test (110), or TOEFL. After being admitted to the University of Alabama, students must submit a separate undergraduate application and apply for the Dr. Robert E. Witt University Fellows Program. They should also submit the Honors College application and any required scholarship forms.\n\nPakistani students must submit these applications before the scholarship priority deadline of December 4, 2026. The application for the Witt University Fellows Program has a separate deadline of December 8, 2026. It is advisable to begin the admission process early to ensure sufficient time to fulfill all scholarship requirements.
