"account": "Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has formally presented the Certificate of Recognition and Staff of Office to the newly appointed Amanyanabo of Opobo Kingdom, King Charles Douglas Mac-Pepple Jaja, Jeki VI. The ceremony took place at Government House in Port Harcourt, where Fubara highlighted the significance of NYSC corps members as \"critical assets to the growth and development of Rivers State.\" During the presentation, Fubara praised the monarch for promoting peace, unity, and inclusiveness during his reign, urging him to involve other contenders in the selection process. The governor explained his absence from the monarch's coronation, stating it was due to a call to higher national service. Fubara also addressed the successful transition following the death of the previous monarch, King Douglas Dandeson Jaja, after a succession dispute that lasted over 27 years. He emphasized his administration's efforts to ensure a peaceful and litigation-free transition. Looking towards the future, Fubara encouraged the new monarch to prioritize development in education, healthcare, and small businesses, as well as maintain zero tolerance for crime and prioritize security. The monarch accepted the Staff of Office, expressing gratitude to the governor and the people of Rivers State for their confidence in his leadership. He also promised to uphold his role as a dependable partner for peace, development, and unity in the state.",
