"account": "Rotimi Amaechi, the Vice Presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has accused President Bola Tinubu's policies of killing his mother. In an interview with Channels Television, Amaechi stated that his mother was healthy before Tinubu became President, but later struggled to afford the medication she needed due to the economic hardships brought about by the President's policies. The former Rivers State Governor criticized the removal of the fuel subsidy, claiming it only worsened hardship rather than improving living conditions. Amaechi challenged the Tinubu administration to demonstrate tangible progress in infrastructure development, emphasizing that the current government has yet to deliver on any projects. He also alleged that the current government is more corrupt than the previous one, comparing the levels of corruption in both administrations. Amaechi further framed the 2027 presidential election as a choice between life and death, arguing that Nigerians should choose the candidate who represents their survival.",
