"account": "The first of two offshore patrol vessels for the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) has been launched at a Turkish shipyard, with delivery expected in January. Home Minister Saifuddin Nasution Ismail witnessed the event at Desan shipyard, noting that construction is ahead of schedule. The 3,300-tonne MPMS 1, the largest vessel in the MMEA fleet, broke with tradition at the launch ceremony by using seawater from Malaysia during the symbolic bottle-breaking ceremony. The 99-meter-long ship can operate without resupply for 30 days, housing a crew of 70 with space for an additional 20. Armed with two 30mm auto cannons, two to four machine guns, two unmanned aerial vehicles, four fast interceptor craft, and a helicopter landing pad, MPMS 1 is set to be a significant addition to the MMEA's force.",
