"summary": "Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, has challenged former Rivers State Governor Rotimi Amaechi to provide evidence of his 24-year political impact, questioning Amaechi's accomplishments during his tenure as Speaker, governor, and Minister of Transportation. Wike criticized Amaechi's record, stating that there was nothing tangible to show for his leadership in Evo Kingdom and Rivers State. In contrast, Wike highlighted the projects he attracted to Rivers State during his time as Minister of State for Education. He also criticized political leaders who fail to empower others or groom successors, emphasizing that true leadership should be measured by the structures and successors left behind.",
