"summary": "Two Iranian men, Salam Ahmadyan 36 and Rahman Salehi 34, have been charged with plotting a terrorist attack on the Jewish community in Manchester, UK, according to police. The arrests were made in Manchester on Sunday, September 20, nearly a year after a deadly knife and gun attack on the Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation Synagogue during Yom Kippur, the holiest day in the Jewish calendar, which resulted in two deaths. The men are alleged to have been in contact with an overseas third party in Iran regarding the plot, though the details of the alleged plan have not been disclosed. Deputy Assistant Commissioner Vicki Evans assured that there is no current threat to the public, urging the public to remain vigilant and report any concerns. Home Minister Shabana Mahmood emphasized the ongoing threat from terrorists and foreign state actors, highlighting the importance of tackling illegal migration. The suspects are set to appear in Westminster Magistrates Court on Saturday.",
