"summary": "The federal and provincial governments believe a new West Coast pipeline, referred to as Pacific Link by the National Post, could help revitalize Alberta's oilsands industry. According to Prime Minister Mark Carney and Alberta Premier Danielle Smith, if oilsands companies start building again, it will be different this time around.\n\nThe new pipeline, coupled with policy shifts, is expected to stimulate growth in the industry, which has been relatively quiet for the past decade.\n\nThe project has been designated as a national interest project, a development welcomed by the energy industry.",
