"summary": "The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has confirmed that it has received no notifications from any foreign diplomatic missions about plans to evacuate from Kyiv amid the ongoing Russian bombardment. Despite concerns raised by an unnamed diplomat quoted by the Guardian, the Ministry's spokesperson, Heorhii Tykhyi, stated that no such requests have been received as of the evening of October 2. Tykhyi emphasized that embassies will remain in Kyiv unless Russia begins deliberately targeting their facilities. The situation in Kyiv continues to deteriorate rapidly, with Russian attacks damaging various infrastructures and facilities, including schools, homes, bridges, and energy facilities. However, there have been no reports of embassies planning to relocate as of now.",
