"account": "British authorities have charged a 28-year-old man, Joshua Kerry, with planning terrorist acts against far-right politician Nigel Farage, according to the police statement. The investigation, described as \"intensive and complex,\" has been ongoing for some time, leading to this serious charge, Deputy Assistant Commissioner Vicki Evans explained. Kerry is also accused of murdering Ann Widdecombe, a former MP and Reform UK spokesperson, by hitting her head with a hammer 21 times while she was eating lunch. This incident has prompted calls for enhanced security measures for lawmakers across British politics. Kerry is charged with one count of preparing terrorist acts between May 31, 2024, and July 8, 2026. He is set to appear in a London magistrates court on October 7. Notably, two other politicians have been victims of murder in the past decade: Jo Cox, a Labour MP killed in 2016 by a neo-Nazi sympathizer, and David Amees, a Conservative MP killed in 2021 by an Islamic State supporter.",
