"account": "Toronto police are investigating a man who allegedly lured a child through telecommunications, according to sources. The probe began in June when a 15-year-old girl was reportedly contacted by a man on social media and phone chat applications. The man allegedly exchanged inappropriate messages and explicit images with the youth.\n\nPolice obtained an arrest warrant for the suspect on September 3, and he was arrested on September 7 during an investigation of a separate incident. Kayaan Jiwan, a 23-year-old resident of Toronto, is now facing multiple charges, including luring a person under 18 by means of telecommunication, transmitting sexually explicit material to a person under or believed to be under 18, and extortion.\n\nThe police are expressing concern that there may be more victims connected to this investigation. They urge anyone with information to come forward and contact the authorities.",
