"account": "Former Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid recounted meeting with a group of young Israelis who expressed the belief that even babies in Gaza should be killed. In an interview, Lapid recounted the young people's rhetoric, stating that they believed \"there are no innocent people in Gaza\" and that \"even babies should be killed.\" Lapid argued that the failure to challenge these views has led to a decline in Israel's moral standards and international standing. He criticized the government for not condemning ministers and officials who called for the starvation of children, which he said has resulted in a \"sharp decline in Israel's international standing.\" Despite the growing support for right-wing views among young Israelis, Lapid emphasized that not all young Israelis share these extremist beliefs.",
