"account": "Manchester City has announced they will appeal a recent ruling that found the club guilty of multiple breaches of the Premier League's financial rules. An independent commission found City responsible for over 100 breaches over a decade, resulting in a loss of nearly £900 million. The club, who continue to deny the allegations, stated that the commission's decision contains \"clear material errors, of law, principle and fact.\" The Premier League has said that the appeal will be handled privately and confidentially until the outcome is released. An independent appeal board will review the case. The English Football Association also commented on the significance of the decision, warning of potential repercussions for the integrity of the game. City's main sponsor, UAE airline Etihad Airways, said it was considering legal action against the Premier League in response to the ruling.",
