"account": "Arsenal striker Kai Havertz explained on Friday why he consistently wears long sleeves during football matches, even in extreme heat. The Germany international disclosed this during an \"Ask Me Anything\" session on Arsenal's official website. Havertz revealed that the habit has become a part of his routine on the pitch, and he feels uncomfortable playing in short sleeves. He admitted that the practice started as a superstition and feels uncomfortable seeing his arms without a shirt. Despite the World Cup in Singapore, where temperatures reached 45°C, Havertz continued to wear long sleeves, as did his teammates during Germany's World Cup campaign. Havertz has maintained this tradition throughout his Arsenal career, and it has even been noticed by supporters when he scores goals for the club. The forward has had a strong start to the new season, scoring in three of Arsenal's first four competitive matches.",
