"account": "State-run Radio Pakistan reported on Friday that two unarmed Pakistani civilians were killed and a third was injured when Indian forces opened fire near the Kasur border. According to security sources cited by the report, three residents of Ladhar village approached a border pillar when the Indian Border Security Force (BSF) initiated the attack without warning. The sources stated that Azmat Rasool and Mohsin Jutt, both from Jattan Wali Haveli, were among the deceased, while the third individual sustained injuries. The report noted that none of the three individuals had attempted to cross the border fence and emphasized that the incident violated the border agreement and standard operating procedures for the Pakistan-India international border. Indian media, the report added, continued its habit of portraying the civilians as alleged infiltrators, despite the clear evidence of their innocence.",
