"account": "At TechCrunch Disrupt 2026, Clay co-founder and CEO Kareem Amin will discuss the emergence of the GTM engineer role, shaped by AI and automation. Traditionally, go-to-market teams relied on manual processes to research prospects, manage data, personalize outreach, and automate workflows. However, AI has transformed these tasks, enabling GTM engineers to build automated revenue workflows that replace individual manual actions. Amin's presentation, \"The GTM Engineer: How AI Created Tech's Next Big Job Category,\" will explore how AI-native GTM is changing the way companies find and acquire customers, as well as how teams approach growth. The role of GTM engineering has gained traction, with roughly 100 job listings appearing monthly, including positions at companies like Cursor, Lovable, and Webflow. To address this new job category, Clay is sponsoring a scholarship fund to train GTM engineers and is offering discounts for attendees purchasing multiple passes. As AI continues to reshape go-to-market strategies, Amin's session provides valuable insights for founders and leaders considering their next growth moves.",
