"account": "A London, Ontario police officer has been charged with assault following the alleged use of pepper spray on a woman after her arrest earlier this year. The 29-year-old officer, Const. Brandon Mihalides, allegedly used the pepper spray on a 33-year-old woman who had been arrested shortly before 2 a.m. on April 29. According to police, the use of force following the arrest raised concerns, prompting a review process. During this investigation, allegations of criminal conduct were raised, leading to the officer's current charge of assault with a weapon. As a result of the investigation, Mihalides has been reassigned to non-operational administrative duties.",
