"summary": "The Enugu State Police Command has identified the victim of a fatal incident as 27-year-old Chinyere Rosemary Ugwu, a graduate of Medical Laboratory Science from the Institute of Management and Technology. The suspect, Okpara Chibuike Emmanuel, 30, was arrested following the alleged killing at his residence in Enugu's Olympic Layout area. The police claim that the suspect killed Ugwu following an argument over allegations concerning the source of her HIV infection, striking her on the head with a pestle before wrapping her body in nylon and locking it inside the toilet. The decomposing body was discovered after neighbours were alerted by an offensive odor. The command has urged caution in relationships and advised the public to remain vigilant.",
