"account": "The Football Association has expressed concern over Manchester City's recent guilty verdict for breaching Premier League financial regulations from 2009 to 2018. The independent commission ruled that City systematically violated rules, arranging sham contracts with commercial partners to hide secret funding exceeding £830 million. The FA stated they will carefully consider the decision and its implications, and take appropriate action. City have until Friday to appeal the verdict. Sources suggest the club will argue key sponsorship deals were funded by the Abu Dhabi government rather than the owners. The Premier League asserts City broke rules for nearly a decade. The tax implications of the case have drawn attention from the Treasury Committee, which is overseeing HMRC policies. HMRC may scrutinize the redacted documents in the commission's report, given the public interest and tax evasion claims.",
