"account": "Former STAR deputy president Ellron Alfred Angin joined the Sabah Gagasan Rakyat (Gagasan Rakyat) party alongside several former leaders and backbone members from Sook, Nabawan, and Tulid, according to a statement released today. Angin surrendered his nomination papers to Gagasan Rakyat's State Secretary, Abdul Ghani Yassin, after a state committee meeting held yesterday. Subsequently, Angin was appointed to the State Committee's constituency committee. Ghani told Daily Express that Angin's inclusion, along with other former STAR backbone members, will strengthen Gagasan Rakyat's position in the State Assembly ahead of the 2016 general election. The party plans to form constituency assembly committees based on district-level party centers to streamline administration and prepare for the upcoming general election. Gagasan Rakyat is an affiliate of the United Sabah Party, which currently governs the state.",
