"summary": "The Punjab Police have arrested two former students, Himanshu and Aryan, for inciting unrest at Chitkara University by spreading misleading rumours on social media. The arrests come after student protests that began on September 25, following rumours of missing girls and eerie voices in the university's girls' hostel. The unrest saw students damaging two police vehicles and assaulting a police employee, Ajay Kumar, who was allegedly under the influence of alcohol. The two arrested individuals have been booked for various charges including attempt to murder, wrongful confinement, and criminal conspiracy. A wide-scale investigation is underway to identify more individuals involved in the misinformation and unrest.",
