"summary": "The Abia State Local Government Area of Umunneochi has refuted a recent police report claiming the discovery of 28 human skulls in two communities within its jurisdiction in September 2026. According to the local government, the incident actually took place in August 2024, and no recent discovery of such a hideout or human remains has been reported. The Local Government Chairman's media team clarified that the site, believed to be an abandoned camp of suspected kidnappers, was uncovered by joint government security forces and local vigilantes around that time. They emphasized the importance of residents remaining calm and disregarding the misleading impression created by the viral video released on September 26, 2026.",
