"account": "Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, the 41-year-old actress and wife of businessman Nicholai Sachdev, recently spoke candidly about her decision not to have children. In an interview with Bharanee Suresh on Behindwoods TV, Varalaxmi stated that it is her personal choice not to have children, as she and her husband both feel the same way. She emphasized that not having children is a responsible parenting decision, as it allows for a clearer focus on providing emotional support, consistency, and patience to existing family members. Delnna Rrajesh, a psychotherapist and relationship coach, agreed that not having children is a valid and responsible parenting choice. She explained that raising a child requires a significant amount of time, emotional availability, and lifestyle adjustments, which not everyone may be prepared to commit to. Delnna highlighted that choosing not to have children does not make one a bad parent, as it simply means that the decision aligns with their individual values and priorities.",
