"account": "El Al Israel Airlines has been compelled to cancel its initial rescue flights to Dubai after Israeli authorities withdrew landing permissions. The company informed that once official permission is granted, the planned flights to retrieve stranded Israelis will resume. The Transportation Ministry, however, announced that flights operated by Israeli airlines from Dubai to Israel will commence on Friday, October 2, pending completion of security preparations. The ministry cautioned that there will be a delay in the departure of repatriation flights from Dubai. Citizens presently in Dubai are advised to keep in regular contact with their respective airlines for updates and instructions. Estimates suggest that over 10,000 Israelis are stranded in Dubai and other locations from which they were initially slated to return via the United Arab Emirates.",
