"account": "The Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Two Holy Mosques has denounced the ongoing Houthi attacks on Mecca and Madinah, branding them as heinous crimes. These attacks represent a blatant assault on the sanctity of the holy sites, according to the authority. The presidential statement emphasized that such acts are a clear violation of Islamic principles, which forbid aggression and corruption upon Earth. The sanctity and security of holy places must be protected, the statement asserted. Targeting civilians, facilities, and sacred sites is strictly prohibited in Islamic law, the authority explained, and these attacks are not only condemned on humanitarian grounds but also contravene international conventions and norms. The Presidency of Religious Affairs affirmed that these attacks will not undermine Saudi Arabia's security and stability. The leadership and people of Saudi Arabia will continue to safeguard the holy sites and ensure the safety of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, the statement concluded, ready to confront any threat to the nation's safety and the well-being of its visitors.",
