"account": "Real Madrid has submitted a comprehensive dossier to UEFA regarding allegations surrounding payments made by Barcelona to a former vice-president of Spain's referees' committee. The European football governing body intends to review the extensive evidence, which links to the alleged €8.4 million (£7.2 million) payments made by Barcelona to Jose Maria Enriquez Negreira between 2001 and 2018. The dossier, reportedly over 50,000 pages long, contains what Real Madrid describes as \"evidence of extraordinary gravity\" that directly impacts the integrity of the competition and confidence in the refereeing system. UEFA's ethics and disciplinary inspectors will assess the documents as part of their ongoing investigation. Barcelona maintains its denial of any wrongdoing, emphasizing that the payments were for scouting and technical reports provided by Negreira and his Dasnil 95 company. The Spanish club has pointed out that proceedings against them were initiated in 2023 and have not been reopened since. Uefa has stated that it is assessing the extensive documentation as part of their ongoing review of the case.",
