"account": "On October 1, 19-year-old Dhruva Santosh Karjagi tragically lost his life when a kite manja (thread) cut his throat while riding his motorcycle in Belagavi. Karjagi was en route from the city center to his residence in Mahantesh Nagar when the kite string became entangled around his neck near the Gandhi Nagar area on the National Highway bridge. The abrasive thread caused severe bleeding as it slit his throat, leading him to fall from his bike. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene. In response to this incident, a case has been registered at the Belagavi North Traffic Police Station.",
