"account": "PUTRAJAYA, Oct 2 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has revealed that university students and higher education institutions will be among the key priorities in the upcoming Budget 2027, currently being finalized. In his address at the Tokoh Siswa Negara Awards ceremony, Anwar highlighted that the budget would encompass various sectors and populations, including farmers, fishermen, and the Orang Asli. He expressed hope that university students and universities would receive significant attention, while acknowledging the constraints on his ability to fulfill all requests from thousands of associations, hundreds of departments, and dozens of ministries. The Prime Minister, who is also the Finance Minister, emphasized that the budget preparation process involved weighing the needs of diverse communities, such as those in Kedah, Terengganu, Sarawak, and the technology and AI sectors. Despite his hectic schedule, Anwar chose to attend tonight's event, prioritizing the university students. The Budget 2027 is scheduled to be presented in the Dewan Rakyat on Oct 9, marking the fifth Madani Budget intended to capitalize on the Madani Economy Framework for Malaysia's growth.",
