"summary": "Police officer Beau Lamarre-Condon asked a colleague about a high-profile killer, Paul Thijssen, and the murder of Lilie James. According to a Sydney court, Lamarre-Condon inquired if Thijssen would have \"gotten away with\" the murder if he hadn't taken his own life. This conversation took place a day before Lamarre-Condon allegedly murdered Jesse Baird and Luke Davies.\n\nLamarre-Condon, 31, is accused of fatally shooting the couple with his police service weapon in Baird's Paddington home on 19 February 2024.\n\nThe details of the conversation and the alleged murders were presented in court, as reported by The Guardian Australia and The Guardian.",
