"summary": "Jay Clayton is likely to be the White House's pick for AI czar, according to sources. He may also remain in his current role as director of national intelligence. President Trump is expected to make the final decision shortly.\n\nThe Trump administration has been discussing Clayton's potential appointment as AI czar, which was announced last month. The President tweeted that only high-IQ individuals need apply. The leaders of top AI firms met at the White House to sign a set of voluntary safety standards, amid growing debate over managing AI risks and potential.\n\nA White House official stated that any personnel announcement will be made directly by the President, and any reporting until then is baseless speculation. According to CBS News, Mark Zuckerberg and Jensen Huang helped shape the voluntary AI accords signed by tech leaders, including those from Meta, Google, and OpenAI, which aim to mitigate potential risks from advanced AI models.",
