"summary": "The US Justice Department has arrested a 51-year-old Energy Department employee, Ashton Hamed Ellaboudy, on allegations of attempting to provide material support to Yemen's Houthis, a recognized Foreign Terrorist Organization. According to the assistant attorney general for national security, John A. Eisenberg, Ellaboudy used his specialized expertise to acquire materials for constructing explosives and drones capable of delivering these explosives during his overseas travel. The allegations are described as deeply disturbing by Eisenberg, emphasizing the severity of the alleged actions. Ellaboudy is set to appear before a federal judge on October 2 in Washington.",
