"account": "Eddie Murphy is set to lead Peacock's upcoming drama series \"The Chairman,\" a project hailing from the mind of \"Mad Men\" creator Matthew Weiner. Murphy will take on both the starring role and executive production duties for the series, which is currently in development at the streaming platform. While plot specifics have not been disclosed yet, the show will be produced by 101 Studios and Universal Television, marking the first collaboration between NBCUniversal and 101 Studios since their partnership began in January. The venture also represents the first collaboration between NBCUniversal and former Paramount Global, with co-CEO Chris McCarthy stepping down from his executive role to focus on producing for NBCUniversal alongside new talent acquisition Taylor Sheridan. Murphy's first scripted television role since leaving NBC's \"Saturday Night Live\" in 1984, \"The Chairman\" promises a significant return to TV work for the actor.",
