Chris Pratt and Jon Favreau, colleagues from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, presented the award to Feige.\n\nAccording to Chris Pratt, Kevin Feige gave him the opportunity to become a box office superstar. Pratt credited Feige with insisting that \"Guardians of the Galaxy\" director James Gunn give him a chance to audition for the role of Star-Lord. At the time, Pratt was best known for his comedic work on \"Parks and Recreation.\"\n\nPratt also shared that he had previously auditioned for roles in \"Captain America\" and \"Thor,\" but was rejected.
