"account": "Government College Ibadan, one of Nigeria's premier cricket-playing institutions, received cricket equipment from Contec Global, an organization based in Delhi, India. The donated items included professional cricket bats, helmets, gloves, and training equipment, which were placed in the college's historic Museum Building. Mr. Wilfred Ighodaro, an alumnus and facilitator of the donation, expressed his gratitude to Contec Global, highlighting the thoughtful nature of the donation. He emphasized that the equipment provided more than just bats and balls, including coaching books, laws of the game literature, practice balls, and DVDs of great players from India, South Africa, West Indies, and England. Mr. Ighodaro stressed the importance of cricket in teaching students discipline, patience, honesty, respect for laws, and sportsmanship. He also highlighted the potential benefits of cricket for students, such as scholarships, careers in the sport, and a focus on academics. Mr. Ighodaro warned against improper use of the equipment and stressed the need for proper maintenance. The principal of Government College Ibadan, Olugbemi Oresegun, described the donation as timely and historic, noting that it would increase the passion for the sport among students.",
